NAME Events

Dear NAME 2008 Conference Concurrent Session Presenters,

PLEASE check the draft of the conference program and make any corrections BY OCTOBER 3rd. Details for sending corrections are below. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE E-MAIL AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN IT CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR SESSION(S) ARE LISTED CORRECTLY:

1) Click here to download and review the latest draft of the Conference Program.

2) Edits should be emailed directly to Donna Gollnick at dmgollnick@aol.com

3) All edits must be received by Friday October 3rd, 5 pm EST to appear in the  final program, no exceptions.

4) As you review your session details, check the following to be sure they are correct:
a)  the INSTITUTION and STATE listed
b)  the ABSTRACT, as some edits may have been made to the abstract, please be sure that your abstract  accurately describes your session.
c)  the PRESENTERS to be sure that ALL are listed and listed correctly.
d)  the listing in the INDEX--especially if you have a "compound"  name, Donna was unsure whether to alphabetize you by your 1st or 2nd  last name.

5) Be aware that room assignments in this draft of the program may  change, so be sure to recheck room assignments in the final version of  the program when you arrive at the conference.

6) If you have not already done so, please register for the  conference! You can register online or download a registration packet from the web and fax/mail in your registration.  ALL presenters are  required to register to present. (www.nameorg.org)


7) There may be some presenters who are booked for two sessions at the  same time, if  you are doubled booked PLEASE e-mail Christine Clark, at chriseclark@mac.com

8) The AV request form is now also available on the NAME website.  If you need AV for your session you must request it from the hotel  using this form.  Presenters are responsible for the cost of their AV requests.
