2015 NAME Annual Awards Deadline - July 24

Annual Awards nominations are being accepted

Nomination Submission Deadline: July 24, 2015, 11:59pm ET

NAME offers a series of awards intended to acknowledge outstanding individuals and institutions which contribute significantly to Multicultural Education and social justice.

The awards will be presented through out

the 25^th Anniversary NAME Conference 
October 1-4, in New Orleans, Louisiana 

Making nominations for NAME Awards is a privilege for NAME members only. 

The NAME Awards provide national and international recognition of individuals, groups and institutions that make outstanding contributions toward multicultural education, educational equity, and social justice.  Making nominations is a membership benefit for NAME members. All submissions are to be made electronically, via the NAME system.  Please complete the full submission process, including uploading supporting documentation, for each category for which you would like to enter a nomination. You sre not required to enter a nomination in each category. All persons submitting nominations must be current members in good standing of NAME, membership of nominators will be verified.  No self nominations, please.

Rose Duhon-Sells Multicultural Program Award

Rose Duhon-Sells Local Multicultural Program Award

Philip C. Chinn Multicultural Book Award

NAME Presidential Chapter Award

Multicultural Children’s Publication Award
